For ALL the people

When Jesus came to earth his resounding message was "I bring Good Tidings, Good News, to ALL people.”

The religious people of his day tried to confuse that message and I think that history has repeated itself with the modern church offering the same clouded message in the 21st century.

At Kernersville Friends, we would like to make clear that "Church" is for ALL people.  This is not just a generic term or slogan and our prayer is that our actions far outweigh our words.

When we say for ALL people we refer to the words of Jesus in red.  "Love the Lord thy God with all Thy heart, soul, mind, and Love Thy Neighbor as you do yourself.

Perhaps you are SERIOUSLY considering church, we would love to speak with you about any concerns or questions that you may have.

First of all, let's address WHO the church is for, the short answer is EVERYONE!  There is NONE that have not sinned and it is ONLY because God’s grace that we can be saved.

Yet many churches seem to open their doors to only the folks that meet THEIR definitions of “neighbor” and if you cannot meet that standard you will get a cold shoulder at best.

What if I am an ex-convict, homeless, struggling with addictions or such?  What if traditional churches disagree with decisions I have made in my past or my lifestyle choices?  Be assured there will be no judgment passed, just a real LOVE for you as a person.  We would love to worship with you and walk with you on your journey and call you FRIEND!

Here are a few questions we would like to get YOUR feedback on!!

How has your experience with Church shaped your view of God?

Please share about a positive experience you've had at Church and a negative one as well.

If you could fix one thing about church, what would it be?

Once again, our focus at Kernersville Friends is that our church Is truly for ALL people.

So I invite all of you that stop by our website to come experience a church that is pursuing a full Christ-like acceptance of ALL people.

Great GRACE upon thee FRIEND!!
